'Fast-moving' vaccine programme ready for over 65s in Dumfries and Galloway

Health officials in south west Scotland say their vaccination programme is continuing “at speed”.
Dumfries and Galloway’s Health and Social Care Partnership is ready to roll out its scheme to those aged between 65 and 69.
It says extra locations should allow everyone over 65 in the region to be vaccinated by 14 February.
“As ever, this is by invitation, and so we would ask people to remain patient until they are contacted and provided with their appointment,” stressed chief officer Valerie White.
